Sourcing and procuring materials in UK and Europe, arranging deliveries.
Data input & maintenance of the CRM database.
Assistance with social media, networking and marketing.
Preparing & sending samples.
Assisting the Sales Director as needed with calendar and meeting management; travel arrangements; events and client lunches.Skills and Experience required:
Previous experience working with Tender packages and Bill of Quantities, ideally within the construction industry would be advantageous, but training and support will be provided.
An eye for detail, numerate and with excellent spoken and written English.
Competent with Microsoft Suite software.
AutoCAD experience advantageous, training can be given.
Excellent client management skills and a natural confident communicator.
