Working with some of the world’s finest stones, from marble to onyx and quartzite, Livra has created luxury on a magnificent scale in this elegant private residence. Set prestigiously between Holland Park and Kensington, the building’s desirable location is reflected in the exquisite materials of its impressive interior. The striking principal staircase is fully clad in Calacatta Michelangelo Italian marble, hand-selected for its unique light-reflecting qualities. World-class craftsmanship and aesthetic mastery are displayed in beautifully fashioned stone inserts and details, while geometric floor patterns command attention and anchor key spaces.
